This recipe is a quick recipe, and tastes best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Apple Cranberry Crisp

2 c flour
2 c brown sugar
1 ½ c oatmeal
1 c marg
2 t cinnamon 

Mix together
Place ¾ of mixture on bottom of 2  9" round pans.

4 apples
1 can cranberries (or any filling of your choice)
2 T flour

Peel and slice apples.
Mix together with filling and flour
Cover the crumble
Pour remaining crumble on top of the apple mixture
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
