Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse


This is great to serve as individual portions.
Chocolate mousse
2/3 c chocolate chips
¼ c milk
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ c chilled whipping cream
Melt chocolate, milk, and sugar.
Mix until smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat whipping cream until stiff.
Carefully fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream until blended.
Pour into individual small cups or into a ready-made pie crust.
Shave baking chocolate, slice a strawberry, or use mint springs for decoration
Refrigerate until set.
