So its back-to-school at last! And back-to-making-lunches as well. So what do we do with our picky eaters, which don't like healthy snacks?
For one, have them help prepare it

My tip, which I tried on 15 children, make your  favorite shaped fruit "cookies" or lolly-pops!

Choose your fruits (apples, pears, assorted melons)
Chose the child's favorite cookie cutter
Peel and slice the fruit into thick slices
Punch out your fruit with the cookie cutter!
Wrap it in plastic wrap and pray that your kid will eat it
To add some spike, punch out a mini shape from the middle of the large shape and replace with a different color fruit.
Have fun and if this tip doesn't work for you- give them junk food :)
