I was in need for a new recipe this week, so I called my dear sister. She immediately gave me her latest recipe for salmon. She does NOT usually eat salmon, "but this recipe," she said "anyone can eat it". After a bit of modification, yum! Its really delish, so I share it with you my dear friends. It can be used for chicken cutlets as well. And as always is very easy to make with simple ingredients!

1 large salmon fillet, skinned and  cut into slices/ 4 chicken breast cutlets
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 cloves garlic/ 3 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup (dried) parsley
1 1/2 cup oil
1 T + 1 t pepper
1 T  + 1 t salt
1 T + 1 t basil

Place salmon/chicken slices in a pan
Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over salmon 
Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (if youre running late, keep it shorter)
Bake uncovered at 400' for around 20-25 mins.
