This recipe is really a meal on its own but we'll put in desserts! The ingredients may scare you, but go for it! It is delish :)

Green Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen spinach, no need to defrost completely
1/2 avocodo, peeled
1 banana
1 pear, peeled, cored
1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (approx 1.5 grapefruit)

Put it all in to blender. 
Blend until smooth
Decorate with a nice straw and umbrella
Eat almost all your veggie and fruit nutrients for the day
