This is my take on a Passover Sushi salad- it doesnt have strong ingredients, which leaves the pleasures of simplicity. Enjoy

1 large English cucumber- 
2 carrots
3 slices of salmon
2 avocodo
1/2 lemon 
1 teaspoon salt

Peel cucumber and cut into thin small strips (2 in in length) (you can shred if pressed for time)
Peel carrots and shred
Bake salmon in lemon and salt and break into chunks (can use leftovers)
Cube avocdo
Layer ingredients in the above order 
Squeeze lemon and sprinkle salt
Mix gently,
