The first time I ate over at my sister-in-law's house, her husband prepared these and they became a favorite. I must have called him at least 10 times during the next few months to get the recipe "just one more time". I finally documented it on my computer. Enjoy

Dovi's Jam Squares 
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup margarine (you can use oil but its NOT the same)
2 eggs
seedless raspberry jam


Mix together all ingredients besides the last two.
Remove 1/4 of the crumb mixture and set aside.
Add eggs to the 3/4 group of crumbs
Put on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, pat down
Pour jam on crumb-egg layer.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes
