Delicious for snacks and for a light dessert with ice cream.
For nut allergies: I have replaced peanut butter with pea butter or soy butter in other recipes, I have yet to try it for cookies- but please try and let me know how it goes)

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cocoa
2 eggs
1 Tablspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup confectionary sugar

Mix oil & sugars until smooth.
Add in cocoa and eggs, one at a time.
Mix together flour and baking soda and add to mixture
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour

Mix together remaining 3 ingredients (by hand) and  put in fridge for 1/2 hour.
Loosely mix this mixture into the refrigerated one. 
Form into balls and place on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
