Years ago, we came across this recipe on an oatmeal container and my family adapted it to make it more chewy. These are delicious, you may want to freeze them so you don't finish them right away :) Health tip: you can substitute the choco chips for raisins (if your family will eat that...)

Chocochip Oatmeal Bars
1 cup oil
½ cup sugar
1½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tablesoon soy milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
1¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2½ cup oats
2 cup chocolate chips

Directions
Mix oil and sugars
Add eggs, one at a time
Add remainig ingredients
Mix well.
Pour into 9x13 and bake at 350 for 1 hour, until toothpick comes clean. The bars should be soft when out of oven
