As you know, Im always on the lookout for easy, simple & kid friendly foods. This week at Mini Chef we prepared these delicious desserts and they were a hit. The recipe passed all my qualifications, since all the moms loved it as well. This can even be prepared by your children (with adult supervision).

Jello Cups
2 packages jello
1 container whip cream
4 cups hot water
Optional: canned fruit like pineapple

Prepare the jello with hot water in one bowl. Set aside to congeal  
Whip the cream in a 2nd bowl
Take 1 1/2 cups of jello and 1 1/2 cups of cream and combine in a 3rd bowl
Line up small (plastic) wine glasses
Pour jello in the bottoms of the cup,
Throw in some fruit,

Layer the jello/cream mix next
Pour cream on top.
Garnish with fruits or mint

Note: Some of the hot water can be replaced with ice cubes to rush the process.
