A taste from our mini chef Pizza pleasures. In honor of the "9 days" when we refrain fromeating meat, a delicious dairy dinner. Enjoy

1 Package Yeast  (2 1/4 teaspoon)
1/4 cup warm water
4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup apple juice

Dissolve yeast in water, allow to bubble (10 minutes)
Mix in sugar, juice and egg.
Add flour and knead.
Set aside and allow to rise until double in size
Roll out thin, place on pan.
Spread sauce, cheese and your favorite vegetables.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

Note: Dough can be frozen, allow to rise after thaw.
