For the past 2 weeks, we had the privleage of hosting 2 Rabbis-in-training from France. Being helpful, they offered to prepare some dishes for us. Eitan showed his skill in the following recipe. The brownies were finished immediately.

Eitan's brownies
200 gram baking chocolate
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup flour
3 eggs, beat separately
1 1/2 cup sugar

Melt chocolate and margarine
Add flour and mix well
Add beaten eggs and sugar
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan and allow to sit for 1 hour
Bake at 350 for 25/30 minutes
