For the summer this is a nice cold treat.

Strawberry Sorbet
5 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup pineapple or orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until no chunks are left.
Place in container to freeze.
You can cook the sugar with the juice before combining with the fruits.
Yields: 6 cups of sorbet
Note: Strawberries can be replaced with any other fruit
Note: For softer results, break up the sorbet a few times during the freezing process
