The dressing can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerater.

Spinach Salad
1 bag of baby spinach or 1 head of lettuce
1 can hearts of palm, sliced
1 container grape tomatos, sliced in half
1 avocodo
optional- purple onion

1 cup oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
garlic powder to taste
mustard powder to taste

Toss salad in nice bowl
mix together the dressing
Pour over salad, right before serving.
NOTE: The entire dressing should not be used!
