This dish makes for a delicious dinner, and of course its real easy to prepare. This recipe can be doubled very well.

Black Pepper Salmon
2 Skinless salmon fillets
1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Black pepper to taste

Place fish in a ziploc bag.
Add remaining ingredients, besides the pepper, to bag and shake to coat the fillets.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning once.
Remove fish and place on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with black pepper, to taste. 
Broil for 5-6 minutes, until barely pink inside.
Garnish with lemon slices.
