Marinated Salmon


I love this recipe because it can be prepared in advance and doesn't require warming. ENJOY!

Marinated Salmon

5 pieces of Salmon
Cover with cold water bring to boil,  simmer for 7 minutes

1 large onion sliced
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
pickling spice
garlic clove
Place onion slices on bottom of glass dish.
When cooled, place salmon slices on onions.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over salmon.
Cover well and put in the refrigerator.
Marinate for at least 6 hours and overnight for better taste.
