An all time favorite, this potato salad is as easy as 1-2-3. I never used measurements, this is a guess & taste kind of recipe, so feel free to play around with it.

Potato Salad
5-6 potatoes cooked, then peeled
6 medium garlic dill pickles
optional: chopped onion
2 heaping spoons mayo
2 teaspoons lemon juice 
salt and garlic powder to taste
optional: squirt of mustard

Cube the potatoes, pickles, and onions
Mix together the dressing, pour over salad.
Taste and add more if neccasary.
Before serving, taste again as the dressing will be absorbed, and may need additional spice up.
Serve Chilled
