My mother has made recipe for years, and there is never a piece leftover. It is a creamy, sweet side dish for your dairy meals.

Cheese Noodle Pudding
1 lb medium egg noodles, cooked & drained
2 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon vanilla
8 eggs
1/2 lb butter
4 cups milk
Cornflake crumbs
Cinnamon & sugar

Whip together cream cheese, sugar and vanila.
Add one egg at a time
Melt butter and cook with milk
Combine all with the noodles.
Pour in to 2 9x13 pans
Sprinkle crumbs and cinnamon sugar mixture over pudding.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
