This is a delicious recipe that is quick and easy, with fairly simple ingredients. This was served at the Italian Dairy Dinner. ENJOY! 

Fettucini Alfredo
1- 16 oz box fettucinni
1 Tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup grated cheese (I use Mozzarella)

Cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente
Drain and rinse under cold water, mix in a drop of oil to prevent sticking.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and saute for 3 minutes
Add the cream, bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook for 5 minutes to reduce the cream by 1/3.
Add the spices and pour over the pasta, and toss together with the cheese.
Serve Warm and fresh.

If you are short on time, the pasta and cream can be prepared in advance and kept separate. Heat separately before combining. Mix all together and serve warm.
