On the holiday of Shavuot we have the custom of eating dairy foods (click here for more info on that). So, I present you with an all-time favorite of mine. You can prepare it at home, or just come over for the dairy dinner on May 19th and taste it there. Happy Shavuot :) 

Cookie Cheese Cake

1 ¾ C graham cracker
1/3 C margarine
¼ C Sugar

Crumble together very well and press into a round pan. You can substitute with a ready-made pie crust

24 oz cream cheese
1 C Sugar
3 eggs
1 C Sour Cream
½ tsp vanilla 

Blend together very well and pour into prepared pie crust

¼ C Margarine
¼ C Sugar
¼ C Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
½ C Flour
1 ½ C Chocolate chip

 In a separate bowl mix together. Form into small balls and randomly drop into the cheese batter.
Bake at 350 for 45 min
Cool for 1 hour in the oven

Garnish with slices of strawberries and a thin line of chocolate syrup
