This recipe is made by my grandmother and my mother and now I make it as well. It is served as a kugel, (a side for the main course on Shabbat), but all who taste is say it should be served as dessert instead. Try it and tell me what you think

Apple Kugel

2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
dash cinamon
drop of vanilla
4 apples

Mix all ingredients together, aside for the apples
Peel & cut the apples
Mix them in the batter
Pour into a 9x13 pan, bake at 350 until golden brown.
