Chinese Salad


Romaine lettuce, (you can also add some spinach for colour)
Broccolli (uncooked)
Cherry tomatoes if available (otherwise do not use tomatoes)
Sliced mushrooms
Chinese fried noodles
Slivered or chopped almonds
1 can mandarines (drain all liquid)

Dressing as follows:
1/2 cup canola oil
3 tble sesame oil
3 tble rice vinegar
2-3 tsp sugar
3 tble orange juice
2 cloves garlic crushed

Toss salad & pour dressing
Add almonds, noodles, & sesame seeds just before serving
